OBIETTIVI |Ridurre l’insicurezza alimentare e nutrizionale nei bambini burkinabè | Incrementare l’accesso a cibo sano e promuovere l’educazione alimentare nelle scuole primarie e secondarie di Cissin – nella periferia di Ouagadougou – e, allo stesso tempo migliorare le competenze degli insegnati nel campo dell’educazione ed igiene alimentare.
ATTIVITÀ |Sviluppo di una catena di servizio in due scuole nei distretti di Cissin e Samandin, fornendo un pasto giornaliero a 500 studenti della scuola dell’infanzia “Kam Laada” e della scuola primaria di Samandin B-C-D. Il pasto sarà fornito dal ristorante educativo della comunità “La Jardinière”, che è gestito dal ICCV ed è stato costruito nel 2015 durante il progetto RASA (Reti di Acquisto per la Sicurezza Alimentare) diretto da Tamat | Realizzazione di uno spazio educativo all’interno del ristorante “La Jardinière” per lo svolgimento di attività di sensibilizzazione |Creazione di un “Laboratory Fund” per ogni scuola coinvolta nei workshops di sensibilizzazione presso “La jardinière” ed in classe durante l’anno |Formazione di due animatori dal ICCV/Nazemse e 12 insegnati selezionati dalla scuola, sulle tecniche di intrattenimento nel campo nutrizionale e dell’igiene alimentare | Sensibilizzazione di 1000 studenti sull’argomento |Organizzazione di una giornata dedicata alla sensibilizzazione sull’igiene, sull’agro ecologia e sicurezza alimentare e nutrizionale.

OBJECTIVES: Reducing nutritional and food insecurity for Burkinabe children | Increasing the access to healthy food and promoting food education for primary and secondary school children in Cissin –in the periphery of Ouagadougou – and, at the same time improving the teachers’ skills in the field of education and food health.
ACTIVITIES: Expansion of the canteen service of two schools in the Districts of Cissin and Samandin by providing 500 students from the kindergarten “Kam Laada” and the primary schools of Samandin B-C-D with a daily meal. The meal will be provided by the community educational restaurant “La Jardinière”, that is managed by ICCV and has been built in the 2015, during the RASA project (Purchase Networks for Food Security) leaded by Tamat | Creation of an educational space for the activity of activities of awareness-raising inside the restaurant “La Jardinière” | Establishment of a “Laboratory Fund” for each school involved in the awareness-raising workshops at “La Jardinière” and in the school classes during the year | Training of two entertainers from ICCV/Nazemse and 12 teachers from the selected school on the entertaining techniques in the field of nutritional and food health / awareness-raising of 1000 students on the topic / organization of awareness-raising in the field of the hygiene, agroecology and nutritional and food security.

PROBLÈMES À RÉSOUDRE : Insécurité alimentaire | Malnutrition infantile
OBJECTIFS : réduire l'insécurité alimentaire et nutritionnelle des enfants au Burkina Faso | Encourager l'accès à des aliments sains et nutritifs et promouvoir l'éducation nutritionnelle des élèves des écoles primaires et secondaires de Cissin, dans la banlieue de Ouagadougou, tout en renforçant les compétences des enseignants dans les domaines de l'éducation alimentaire et de la santé.
ACTIVITÉS : renforcement du service cantine scolaire de deux écoles du Quartier Cissin et Samandin, avec la fourniture d'un repas par jour à 500 élèves de la maternelle «Kam Laada» et des écoles primaires de «Samandin B, C, et D», par le restaurant pédagogique communautaire «La Jardinière» , une structure gérée par ICCV et construite en 2015 lors du projet RASA (Réseaux d'Achat de la Sécurité Alimentaire) dont Tamat était le chef de file | Mise en place d'un espace pédagogique dans le restaurant La Jardinière pour des activités de sensibilisation | Mise à disposition d'un «fonds de laboratoire» pour chaque école partenaire pour la réalisation d'ateliers de sensibilisation à La Jardinière et dans les écoles pendant l'année scolaire | Formation de deux animateurs ICCV / Nazemse et de 12 enseignants en animation sur le sujet de la sécurité alimentaire et nutritionnelle | Sensibilisation de 1000 élèves sur le sujet | Mise en place de journées de sensibilisation sur le respect des règles d'hygiène, l'agroécologie et la sécurité alimentaire et nutritionnelle.
