The neighborhood association Initiative Communautaire Changer la Vie / ICCV-Nazemse works since its inception, in 2002, into a community development dynamic, representing today a reference point for the whole community of Cissin, located in the outskirts of the capital Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.
ICCV promotes activities to support the creation of income for women aimed at the achievement of their social and economic autonomy, through programs of micro-credit and training supported by Tamat.
The organization also runs a kindergarten for children from disadvantaged families and a youth's library (the only one in the outskirts of Ouagadougou), through which promotes awareness activities to literacy and reading education.
ICCV is also working on opening a Community Health Center.
